Richard Smith, Bharath Modayur & Tim Goddard - and the wonderful mapping team at Depiction (an Everett mapping / GIS firm) developed a web page about the garage sale. Go to http://m.depiction.com/ on an iPhone, Android phone or a browser (it looks best on iPhone, hasn’t been tested yet on Android). The garage sale app is under “Free Apps”.
2010 SECOND ANNUAL NORTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD
“THE MOTHER OF ALL GARAGE SALES”

Will be held Saturday, August 7th (the first Saturday in August) from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. (Rain or shine)
Last year 125 families each participated in this Garage Sale by having their own garage / yard sale on their own property.
Somewhere between 3,000-5,000 people came to the sale! WOW!
If you’d like to participate: Please send $25 as soon as possible to:

Important Note: We’ll accept registrations up until August 6th,
HOWEVER you will not be listed on the map if your money is received after August 3!
For your $25.00
- We’ll deliver, install and then pick up your garage sale yard sign when the event is over.
- We’ll advertise this event in the Mukilteo Beacon, The Everett Herald, The Snohomish County Tribune and in the Marysville Globe for the three weeks prior to the Garage Sale.
- We’ll have maps available a few days prior to the Garage Sale with your address on the map (If we receive your money in time!!)
- At the end of the day two local charities will drive by each home on the map to offer to take anything that’s still out by the street w/ a “free” sign on it.
If you’d like to shop:
- Shopping at our “MOTHER of ALL GARAGE SALES is of course free.
- We’ll have maps available (also for free) a few days prior to the Garage Sale at this location

The Northwest Neighborhood Association and the Girl Scouts will have a welcome tent, refreshments and Port-A-Potty at the 13th & Colby Avenue Northwest Neighborhood Park.
Why is the event the first Saturday in August? History indicates that the first week in August is typically the driest week of the year.
