Description:
I bet there’s one on almost every block. That disabled person, shut in, or senior that we all worry about when it snows or it gets really hot or cold. Let’s make sure that someone on the Block is always looking in on them and that we have a designated back-up for that person.
a.) The basic idea is to determine where these “Shut-In’s” are and then to figure out who will
keep an eye on these folks and how.

a.) This project seems to be quite popular and has the largest number of volenteers.
b.) It seems to me that the basic idea is to determine where these “Shut-In’s” are and then to figure out how and who will support each one.

Next Steps:
1.) First meeting notice will go out before Jan. 25
2.) 1st email solicitation asking for help in identifying where these folks live to also go out before Jan. 25
