Description:
Over the past ten years Sue and I have chased dozens of stray dogs around our Neighborhood trying to catch them so they are not hit by cars.
Usually the pound is closed by the time we have captured them.
We’ve learned that the police are supposed to come and pick up the dog and bring it to the pound. (It’s odd that the police are allowed to do this but you and I can’t.)
Anyway, we discovered that Diamond Veterinary Associates (3625 Rucker Ave. Everett, 98201 (425) 252-1106 will take in a stray when the pound is closed! YEA!
We submit that any vet willing to do this for our neighborhood deserves a shot at your business.

1.) We need to develop a strategy to help people know that the police will take a stray to the Shelter after the Shelter is closed for the day.
