Greater Newsletter Distribution

Description:
a.) We received permission from most of the Block Watch Captains to contact their people to see if we could mail them the Newsletter in an electronic (full color) format.
b.) Block watch members (300?) will receive future mailings equals a 350% increase in email circulation!!!!
c.) Wendy & Paul met with a Post Office official on 1/22 to discuss increasing circulation strategies.

a.) We’re trying to see if it’s possible that we could mail the NW Newsletter to every resident / occupant and at a reduced cost. (currently we mail to only about 30% of residents)
