Problem Address Initiative

Description:
It seems like every block has one. It’s usually a rental and often the landlord is clueless. The police are called a few times a month. The neighbors know there’s a problem but don’t know what to do. The idea is to develop a process to further raise the awareness of the neighbors so that everyone is calling the police on these people.
a.) Preliminary meeting to discuss the chronic nuisance property ordinance scheduled for Jan. 29
1.) Before Jan. 25th an email will go out to the Block Watch asking for help identifying these addresses.
