Meeting Attendence

Meetings Perhaps the monthly Association meetings should have more of a social aspect to them..maybe even including a 30 minute social hour. Maybe people should wear name tags with their street name. We’re moving to Legion Hall in Legion Park. Maybe in the future we’ll regularly have Pot Lucks. With 27 projects underway we should have plenty of significant progress to report at each Association meeting!
a.) Make multiple signs announcing the meeting.
b.) Send electronic “Evite” invitations.
c.) A new location may garner more interest.
d.) Send association meeting notices to the Block Watch list
e.) Have Herald write a proposed project list article.
f.) Promoted next meeting via a detailed agenda in the Newsletter.
g.) With the permission of the Captains we also used the larger Block Watch member list to promote the Assoc. meeting.

Next Steps:
1.) Contact over 30 organizations asking them to notify their members / employees about our meetings.
2.) Promote meetings via the web site
3.) Have (3) vinyl banners made ($225. ea.) and hang on Paul’s vintage trucks to announce Feb. 19th meeting.
4.) We hope that word will spread that the meetings are fast paced and interesting.
