New Neighbor Welcome

I think this one is a natural for our realtors, mortgage brokers, and title companies to undertake. Are you old enough to remember the “Welcome Wagon”? Well maybe we don’t go as far as scheduling an appointment with each new home owner, but at least new residents should be welcomed to the Neighborhood and invited to participate in the Association, don’t you think? Maybe we offer new residents a Brooklyn Brothers Pizza coupon and some Silver Tips tickets. You get the idea…
